Privacy Policy

It is clear that privacy is an important issue when using the Internet, as it is with any other form of communication. We have therefore developed this policy to demonstrate that we are actively taking steps to protect the privacy of all of our clients.

The policy below discloses full details of how we manage your personal information.

How We Collect Personal Information
This site only collects personal information when clients enter it into the relevant form. Information is also collected when visitors request a login identity that provides access to some of the restricted materials and resources. Information we collect is generally only sufficient to enable us to carry out any tasks or requests that are applicable to providing appropriate levels of service to our clients.  Information is retained as long as is required to fulfil our legal obligactions and is then deleted.

Sharing Information
We do not share information about our Clients and Customers with others.  It is our intention that we will take every reasonable precaution to ensure that the details of our clients do not get used by unauthorised third parties. We do not share personal information with our partners and advertisers for marketing reasons.

Newsletters and Other Email

We do not send spam email or other unsolicited marketing emails.  We may from time to time send to our clients messages via email. These messages are generally the type of message required to aid administration the site and the services we offer. Clients may at any time choose to opt out of this service by using the opt out function contained within the emails. Should this fail to function correctly for any reason, clients may contact us directly to request that we do not contact them for any reason other than those required for the administration of our work.

Protecting Your Email Address
Once you have supplied us with an email address we will not release it to anyone for any reason unless required to do so by law or acts of court.

Data Storage Location
We are an Australian business offering a service to Australasian clients. We therefore operate our business within Australia and store all information about users on a database located securely on one of our Australian based servers - this is so that we comply with Australian Data Sovereignty laws.  Where possible, we try to ensure that our service providers utilise local providers for data services, however we cannot guarantee the service provision of third party providers.

Cookies
This web site does issue cookies to hold encrypted information about users.  If you log in to a secure area of the site, a cookie is used to identify you and grant you access to the services you require. The data held in the cookie is the minimum required to allow access to the service and does not contain personally identifiable information.  It may well be possible to use most of the features within the public area of the site without a browser enabled to accept cookies although this is not guaranteed nor recommended.
