We do not share personal information with our partners and advertisers for marketing reasons.

We do not send spam email or other unsolicited marketing emails.  We may from time to time send to our clients messages via email. These messages are generally the type of message required to aid administration the site and the services we offer. Clients may at any time choose to opt out of this service by using the opt out function contained within the emails. Should this fail to function correctly for any reason, clients may contact us directly to request that we do not contact them for any reason other than those required for the administration of our work.

Protecting Your Email Address
Once you have supplied us with an email address we will not release it to anyone for any reason unless required to do so by law or acts of court. 

Data Storage Location
We are an Australian business offering a service to Australasian clients. We therefore operate our business within Australia and store all information about users on a database located securely on one of our Australian based servers - this is so that we comply with Australian Data Sovereignty laws.  Where possible, we try to ensure that our service providers utilise local providers for data services, however we cannot guarantee the service provision of third party providers.

This web site does issue cookies to hold encrypted information about users.  If you log in to a secure area of the site, a cookie is used to identify you and grant you access to the services you require.
